Commercial Reports

Up to 40 Circuits (Subject to min charge of £150.00) £12.00 Per circuit

Emergency Lighting test (3hr) £180.00

All Reports prices quoted are for works carried out within normal office hours.
(Mon-Fri: 8am to 5pm)

Please note that in some cases it may be necessary to shut off the power during testing, we would be happy to provide a quotation to undertake these works outside normal office hours.
 
We do not charge for local collection/return of keys.

The Inspection includes a BS7671 compliant periodic report, Schedule of test results, Evidence of any defects & departures from the IEE Regulations and an estimated price for any necessary remedial works. All Electrical Reports are sent via email in PDF form.

All Residential Reports are to be paid for in full and prior to the commencement of works. We accept either COD or BACS payment. We regret that due to the recent changes by high street banks, we can only accept personal cheques if they are sent via post in advance of works.

All Commercial Reports will require an Official Purchase Order before the commencement of works. Reports will be released upon receipt of full payment.

Travelling Charges to and from site £3.50 Per Mile

Local sites under a 5 Mile Radius only No Charge

All other works can be given a verbal or written estimate / quotation upon request

All Residential quoted works require 50% payment in advance of works with the balance being paid in full upon completion.

All Commerically quoted works require an official signed Purchase Order together with a staged payment plan. Invoices are due 14 days from invoice.

All the above stated prices are subject to Parking and Congestion Charges if Applicable
