Minimum Charge for up to 6 Circuits £180.00

Each Additional Circuit £23.00

Commercial Reports

Up to 19 Circuits £42.00 Per Circuit

From 20-49 Circuits £38.00 Per Circuit

Prices for 50+ circuits are subject to a site survey

From 50-99 Circuits £36.00 Per Circuit

From 100-199 Circuits £34.00 Per Circuit

From 200-299 Circuits £30.00 Per Circuit

From 300 + Circuits £28.00 Per Circuit

All Reports prices quoted are for works carried out within normal office hours.

(Mon-Fri: 8am to 5pm)

Please note that in some cases it may be necessary to shut off the power during testing, we would be happy to provide a quotation to undertake these works outside normal office hours.

 

We do not charge for local collection/return of keys.

The Inspection includes a BS7671 compliant periodic report, Schedule of test results, Evidence of any defects & departures from the IEE Regulations and an estimated price for any necessary remedial works.

All Residential Reports are to be paid for in full and prior to the commencement of works.

All Commercial Reports will require an Official Purchase Order before the commencement of works. Reports will be released upon receipt of full payment.

Small Works Rates  Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm  (Does not include bank holidays)

!st Hour £63.00 Labour Only

Subsequent hours (Full/Part) £48.00 Labour Only

Travelling Charges to and from site £3.50 Per Mile

Sites under a 5 Mile Radius only No Charge

Any Material Costs will be added to prices stated Plus a 20% mark up

All Residential Small Works are to be paid for in full upon completion of works.

All Commercial Small Works will require an official signed Purchase Order before the commencement of works. Full Payment to be received within 14 days from Invoice.

All other works can be given a verbal or written estimate / quotation upon request

All Residential quoted works require 50% payment in advance of works with the balance being paid in full upon completion.

All Commerically quoted works require an official signed Purchase Order together with 50% payment in advance of works. (A Proforma Invoice can be issued.) Balance to be received within 14 days of Invoice.

All the above stated prices are subject to Parking and Congestion Charges if Applicable
