Refurbished house

This project was carried out on behalf of a Landlord who required us to refurbish a 2 bed property. This property needed to meet the criteria set out by Hyde Housing Association.

Internally the property needed the electrics updating. Including extra sockets, lighting points and a new customer consumer unit. A new bathroom & kitchen was installed along with a new boiler. The property was then decorated throughout. Externally repairs & decoration was carried out to pipework, brickwork and front & rear doors.
