Refurbishment

We were the appointed main contractors on this refurbishment project. Internally this substantial house in Blackheath required the following:

  Complete electrical rewire - strip out and replacement of bathrooms and kitchen including new pipework
  Decoration works throughout - Re-plastering & plasterboarding work
 New loft insulation, hatch, frame & ladder - Upgrade of intruder alarm - repair & replacement of internal doors
  Gas servicing - Stud partition works - Tiling

  Externally this building required:

Sections of the boundary wall to be re-built - A new Yorkshire stone patio - New gate including posts

  Replacement windows & doors throughtout the building - Repair of footpath - External lighting

  External decoration and repairs to:

  soffits, fascias, guttering, rain & waste pipes, porch, garage, front & rear doors
