Refurbishment of Offices for Greenwich Community College at Charlton Athletic Club

The offices were completely stripped out and new openings were formed in the existing internal walls.

All internal walls were re-plastered and decorated. Radiators were repositioned and pipework boxed in.

Dado trunking was installed to incorporate small power and data.

We have recently completed a refurbishment project for offices at Charlton Athletic Club.

A new stud partition with door frame and door was created to form a kitchen area.

A new lay-in ceiling grid incorporating a modular CAT 2 lighting system was installed.

The floors were repaired, prepared and latexed before the laying of new carpet.

This project was completed on time and within budget.
